Charged to introduce and sell the full scope of ELAvate services and capabilities and sell services offered by our affiliates to new and existing clients, with a particular focus on new business development.

Responsibilities

  • Account and Business Development Planning to prioritize opportunities and build an approach strategy into clients / prospects. Focus on expansion of existing accounts into new Divisions or new areas of ELAvate competency, but also on bringing high value new accounts to ELAvate.
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill in maximizing the impact of ELAvate prospecting events and other marketing initiatives to build an opportunity pipeline.
  • Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry trends and issues facing a client’s sector. Have a clear and detailed approach to prospecting an account prior to initial senior level contact.
  • Demonstrate an ability to engage ‘C’ level personnel in a strategic business issue dialogue, uncovering client/prospect needs, both implicit and explicit. Be able to effectively credential ELAvate through exploration of results driven case studies and white papers.
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear link between ELAvate capabilities/business outcomes and the issues faced by the client/prospect. Engage internal ELAvate resources (Consulting / Custom) appropriately in the sales process to secure and expand an initiative.
  • Working with other team members, develop and deliver sophisticated presentations to prospects demonstrating the ELAvate approach to an initiative and effectively overcome implicit or explicit concerns.
  • Show an advanced skill level in the negotiation of complex client agreements which deliver required profit margins to ELAvate at the same time as ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Retain overall responsible for the satisfaction and profitability of each client account through the account life cycle.
  • Meet & exceed revenue & profit targets.
  • Fully utilize all required reporting systems
  • Conducting need based training programs

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required and Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in business is a plus.

Minimum Experience Required and Desired:

  • 7-10 Years of complex business to business sales experience with emphasis on selling sophisticated intangible services to leading corporations.
  • Significant successes selling to new accounts as well as expansion of existing accounts. Track record of consistent quota attainment / overachievement
  • Resume stability, not job hopping. Evidence of promotion within a company. Breadth of experience over career beyond a single employer, however.

Training Performance Consultant

The Training Performance Consultant provides support and serves as a resource to the sales team as needed and assigned on a per diem basis. The Training Performance Consultant will facilitate ELAvate programs, serve as subject matter expert for new product and custom development, partner with sales team members in strategic selling opportunities, model the knowledge, skills and behaviors consistent with our training programs and stay current with changes in existing areas of expertise and seek to expand program and training knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Training Performance Consultant WILL:

Training:

  • Be fully responsible for ensuring an optimum learning experience for each participant.
  • Professionally facilitate ELAvate training programs to a wide variety of organizations across levels in and internationally, according to set standards.
  • Demonstrate mastery of program content.
  • Demonstrate mastery of adult learning principles.
  • Recognize development opportunities and effectively coach performance during training seminars.
  • Act as a strong and credible ambassador for ELAvate Training.
  • Participate in the development, designing and implementation of new programs and projects as desired.
  • Responsibility of quality control for training, especially in unique and non-traditional interventions.

Customer Interaction:

  • Identify and deliver desired outcomes in every customer interaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet business needs of customers and ELAvate.

Corporate Citizenship:

  • Communicate and model ELAvate mission, vision, values, and Training Services strategy.
  • Consult and use feedback from throughout the customer’s organization to continuously improve their goal of improving productivity and staying ahead of the competitors.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the training team by complying with all policies and procedures.

Business Enhancement:

  • Actively seek knowledge of our industry, our competitors and their products, and appropriately share that knowledge within ELAvate.
  • Recognize and appropriately communicate unmet needs that surface in customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3-5 years training experience in a business environment is required!
  • Experience delivering one or more AchieveGlobal training products is strongly preferred
  • People-management experience, 2 years is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, “standing” for classroom delivery, as required for travel/training

Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook,
    LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Manages social media communications with ELAvate Principals
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Create, maintain and update an attractive and informative website using WordPress
  • Supports and enhances ELAvate blogs, e-zines for increasing open and read time rates
  • Builds email population to enlarge ELAvate Tribe
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Writes in grammatically correct and attractive English
  • Assists social media management with large projects, campaigns,
    events, and community management
  • Works with CEO and Directors in a proactive collaborative manner

Requirements

  • At least Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proactive and take initiative
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Singaporeans and PR only
