Mr. Griffin has spent the majority of his 36 year career in Asia in the field of Leadership Training and Organizational Consulting. His areas of expertise include Cross Cultural Leadership, Senior Executive Development, Sales Productivity, Strategy Mapping and Balanced Scorecard.
His Mission is to help Asian Leaders “lift their lids” in their professional, family, and spiritual areas of their life.
In 1976, he arrived as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Malaysia serving for over 3 years.
In 1980, he joined the Southeast Asia operations of Xerox Learning Systems (now called AchieveGlobal) as their First Master Trainer for Southeast Asia. Mr. Griffin has been the franchisee for AchieveGlobal for 20 years in Indonesia, India, SAARC and Vietnam/Cambodia.
Since 1995, he has worked with Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Consulting do Asian research and consulting on Cross Cultural Management.
Dr Tim Elmore has appointed Mr. Griffin as the Master Coach in Asia for his globally acclaimed Habitudes Training for Asia. This unique training focuses on developing Generation Y leaders’ attitudes and habits of leadership.
Communispond, the world’s leader in presentation and public speaking skills has appointed Mr. Griffin as Franchisee for Singapore/Malaysia and the other countries where he has offices.
Mr. Griffin volunteers for Dr John Maxwell’s EQUIP as an Associate Trainer for over 7 years and as Asian Coordinator for 6 years where he has led a team of 50 volunteer trainers to conduct leaders training across 19 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. He is also the Asian Trainer for Man in the Mirror conducting seminars for helping men be better fathers/husbands and ethical businessmen.
Well over 1,000 profit and non-profit organizations have used Mr. Griffin’s training including Intel, Mattel, Nike, Nokia, Starbucks, Nestle, DHL, Akzo Nobel, American Express, Pall, Essar Group, InfoTech, Temasek Holdings, Honda, Pfizer, Bose, NOL, GlaxoSmithkline, BHP, GE, IBM, Boston Scientific, Abbott, Schlumberger, Reckitt Benckiser, NEC, Jones Lang Lasalle, Monetary Authority of Singapore, 3M, Philips, Unilever, ExxonMobil, CSR, CIFOR, and Petronas. He has trained volunteers at Man in the Mirror, World Outreach and City Harvest Church.
He has probably trained participants of more ethnic groups than any other AchieveGlobal trainer in the world, having consulted or trained people in U.S.A., Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, China, Hongkong, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Qatar and Taiwan.
Mr. Griffin is married to a Malaysian and has two teenagers. He enjoys Asia because of its rich diversity of people, culture, and food. He speaks Indonesian/Malay and Mandarin and is learning Hindi and Vietnamese.

Ms. Giao draws on 21 years of working experience in her various corporate/MNC and entrepreneurial roles in Vietnam, Russian and USA market. Out of those 21 years, Ms. Giao spent 5 years in Russia with a Germany Freight Forwarding company, 5 years in an American motor company operating in Alaska – USA; the rest of her career is in Vietnam where she opens up her own companies with great success in freight forwarding and servicing – trading. One of the factors that bring quality and success to her companies is her vision and ability to apply the coaching culture to the daily operation of the companies.
