Mr. Griffin has spent the majority of his 40+ year career in Asia in the field of Leadership Training and Organizational Consulting. His areas of expertise include Cross Cultural Leadership, Senior Executive Development, Sales Productivity, Strategy Mapping and Balanced Scorecard.
His life mission is to equip and inspire young people to be the leaders they have the potential to be as multipliers across Asia Pacific.
In 1976, he arrived as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Malaysia serving for over 3 years.
In 1980, he joined Xerox Learning Systems (later called AchieveGlobal and now part of Miller Heiman Group) as their Master Trainer for Southeast Asia. Mr. Griffin has been the franchisee for AchieveGlobal for 20+ years in Indonesia and India.
Since 1995, he has worked with Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Consulting do Asian research and consulting on Cross Cultural Management.
Mr. Griffin is the Master Coach for Dr Tim Elmore’s globally acclaimed Habitudes Training in Asia. This unique training focuses on developing Generation Y leaders’ attitudes and habits of leadership.
Mr. Griffin volunteers for Dr John Maxwell’s EQUIP as an Associate Trainer for over 7 years and as Asian Coordinator for 6 years where he has led a team of 50 volunteer trainers to conduct leaders training across 19 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. He is also the Asian Trainer for Man in the Mirror conducting seminars for helping men be better fathers/husbands and ethical businessmen. He currently coaches men across Asia.
Mr. Griffin is also certified for Jeffrey Gitomer’s Gitomer Certified Advisor Program.
Well over 1,000 profit and non-profit organizations have used Mr. Griffin’s training including Intel, Mattel, Nike, Nokia, Starbucks, Nestle, DHL, Akzo Nobel, American Express, Pall, Essar Group, InfoTech, Temasek Holdings, Honda, Pfizer, Bose, NOL, GlaxoSmithkline, BHP, GE, IBM, Boston Scientific, Abbott, Schlumberger, Reckitt Benckiser, NEC, Jones Lang Lasalle, Monetary Authority of Singapore, 3M, Philips, Unilever, ExxonMobil, CSR, CIFOR, and Petronas. He has trained volunteers at Man in the Mirror, World Outreach and City Harvest Church.
He has probably trained participants of more ethnic groups than any other AchieveGlobal trainer in the world, having consulted or trained people in U.S.A., Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, China, Hongkong, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Qatar and Taiwan.
Mr. Griffin is married to a Malaysian and has two young adult daughters. He enjoys Asia because of its rich diversity of people, culture, and food. He speaks Indonesian/Malay and conversational Mandarin.

Suresh is energetic, sincere and committed. He believes in contributing to organizational growth through well-defined and executed people strategies. He is a strong believer of investing in people.
Suresh is a post graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1982) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and also holds a Bachelor (Honors) Degree in Physics from Loyola College, Chennai. He is a recipient of the British Chevening Scholarship for an International Senior Executive Course on Strategic Management at Manchester Business School, UK (2002). He has completed a Coach Certification Program from ENAS/DOOR and is in the process of acquiring an ICF certification.
Suresh currently lives in Mumbai having spent almost 15 years in New Delhi before this.

Nikhil is Associate Director-National Sales for ELAvate Training, India. He is part of the senior team at ETI
He is a Post Graduate in Business Management from Pune, India and a distinction holding Law degree holder from Mumbai University. He is trained in DISC PPA behavioral assessment, TST mental intelligence assessments and Power Selling by Thomas International and in Challenger Sales and Business/Financial Acumen by CEB (Corporate Executive Board).
Nikhil has widespread experience of more than 9 years in Strategic Planning, B2B Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Project Management and Leadership Development. During the journey he has been recognized through various awards and recognition for his contribution.
As Manager-Business Development in Thomas International, he was actively involved in contributing towards the business growth of the company and successfully managed to win and nurture many clients. He successfully delivered DISC behavioral assessments training programs in many big corporates.
As Business Head of the North, East, and West India and Bangladesh in SHRM he successfully lead his team in strengthening market presence of the business. During his years with SHRM he was responsible for meeting sales goals, ensuring effective delivery of projects and maintaining overall quality of service for North, West, and East India and Bangladesh. He was able to identify and target new business opportunities within these territories in line with the business strategy. As part of the core India team he also provided guidance and support to his clients on many HR consulting, strategy development, leadership development, employee engagement and training needs analysis assignments.
As Associate Director of pan India Sales and Key Account Management in CEB ( Corporate Executive Board) he and his team were responsible to engage with CXO’s and their teams from fortune 500 organizations, and equip them with insights, actionable solutions & advisory guidance to achieve excellence in their respective corporate functions. He was also responsible for building relationships with professionals at the senior-most level in key business accounts(large enterprise accounts) through demonstration of in-depth institutional knowledge, understanding of specific institutional needs/priorities and application of surface-level research solutions. During his tenure with CEB, he and his his team managed the responsibility of educating their clients on the benefits of CEB’s products and services through compelling articulation of the business model and value proposition. He also created customized account plans for each large enterprise client, outlined service delivery and revenue growth strategies for existing and potential memberships within the institution.

He has travelled extensively for work in India, US, UK, Dubai and Bangladesh. These work experiences and trainings have further enhanced his sales acumen across cultures.
He has been with the company since 2001 and has grown in the organization from support function to Director. His is can do attitude, attitude to serve and Customer Centric approach has made him successful in handling big global overseas accounts and is responsible for seamless roll outs across the SAARC region.
Manish graduated from Mumbai (India) University as Engineer in the Construction filed. His passion towards serving and growing people made him join ELAvate India and along with Mike Griffin he is passionate of growing young generation leaders.
